A new Mexican restaurant will be opening soon near Reading.

Pachangas will be opening its doors for the first time in the neighbouring town of Newbury and will be inhabiting 17 The Market Place, a unit that is next door to Pizza Express. 

Visit Newbury has confirmed that Pachangas will be opening very soon which has resulted in excitement from local residents.  

There is no set date as of yet for the grand opening, but the brand-new authentic Mexican Restaurant is hoping to welcome customers next week.

This could be subject to change due to licenses permitting. 

Many have expressed their excitement for the new restaurant coming to Newbury, stating that they feel the town will benefit from somewhere specialising in Mexican cuisine. 

On a recent social media post, many took to the comment section to share their views. 

One commenter wrote "Hooray - I really really hope it's a good one! Really looking forward to trying out a new local Mexican restaurant."

In agreement with the previous comment, another person said "Finally getting a Mexican! They best do good tacos!"

A further person commented "Awesome! It's about time we had a Mexican in Newbury," with another user responding "Yes! I am so happy about this."
