Two men are set to stand trial this summer accused of murdering cyclist Vignesh Raman on Valentine's Day.
Shazeb Khalid, 24, of no fixed abode, and Soiheem Hussain, 27, of Rossby, in Shinfield, appeared via live video link at Reading Crown Court today (March 20).
Both men deny murdering Vignesh Raman, 36, who died at Royal Berkshire Hospital on February 15 this year.
Mr Raman had been hospitalised the previous day after being struck by a car in Addington Road, Reading.
Judge Amjad Nawaz set a trial date in the case for August 5. Khalid and Hussain have been remanded in custody.
