The incident occurred between 9:30pm and 10pm on Saturday, March 23 between the junctions of Valentina Road and Beresford Road.
Thames Valley Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward who may have seen the collision where the driver did not stop.
Investigating officer PC Martin Danks, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “If you were driving in the area around the time of the collision and have a dash-cam, or if you live nearby and have a CCTV camera or a video doorbell, I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist us and get in touch if you have.
