A man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of causing serious injury by dangerous driving after a crash with an elderly cyclist.
The collision occurred on the B4009 at the junction between Wyld Court Hill and Yattendon Road - in the village of Hampstead Norreys - on July 9 last year.
An Audi driven by Lukasz Skowronek, 40, of Church Circle, Farnborough, collided with a man in his seventies, who was travelling on a bicycle. The elderly man was hospitalised.
Today (April 2), Skowronek appeared before Reading Crown Court. He pleaded not guilty to a charge of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The defendant will stand trial on April 28, 2025.
