Roads in Woodley, Earley and Winnersh were set to be closed for pothole repairs this week.
Wokingham Borough Council says works are scheduled to take place across the borough including in Woodley, Winnersh, Earley, Grazeley and Wokingham itself.
An email to residents said: “Road closures will need to be in place while the work is carried out, but it is expected this will only be for a few hours.”
Here are all the roads where work is planned to take place.
- Wroxham Road, Woodley, from 8am to 4pm on Thursday April 25.
- Wychwood Crescent, Earley, from 8am to 4pm on Thursday April 25.
- Hindhead Road, Earley, from 8am to 4pm on Friday April 26.
- Watmore Lane and Robin Hood Way, Winnersh, from 8am to 4pm on Wednesday April 24.
- Little Hill Road, Hurst, from 8am to 4pm on Friday April 26.
Work also took place on Broomfieldhatch Lane in Hurst on Monday, April 22.
The repairs come after figures published last year showed the number of potholes reported across Wokingham is rising.
Residents reported a total of 947 potholes across the borough between April and August 2023 – the first few months of the 2023-24 financial year.
That’s almost triple the amount reported over the same period last year, and more than double for the year before that.
