Dear Editor,
I would like to give a huge shout out to the wonderful staff at the Royal Berks Hospital's accident and emergency department.
I recently spent eight hours in there with my elderly 97-year-old client and each and every member of staff was absolutely brilliant. They even brought me a cup of tea and a sandwich for lunch, which was hugely appreciated.
They could have easily told me to go to the cafe, shop or vending machine. It's the little things that mean a lot, thank you.
The staff at that hospital are exceptional. I really think they deserve more positive coverage as they are outstanding.
I am a professional live-in carer who works all over the UK and I spend an awful lot of time in an awful lot of hospitals with clients and whilst I've never had a bad experience in any of them, Reading was just exceptional.
