A pub in Tilehurst could extend its hours until midnight if planned changes are given the go ahead.
The team behind The Prince pub in School Road, Tilehurst, has applied to keep on selling alcohol until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. They have also applied to open earlier each day. The pub currently opens at 11am.
Changes would see the pub opening and being able to serve alcohol at 10am each day.
Alcohol sales would take place from 10am to 11pm Monday to Thursday and on Sundays.

For alcohol sales to be undertaken at these times, the managing team had to submit a licensing application to Reading Borough Council.
You can comment on the application by emailing licensing@reading.gov.uk. The deadline for comments will be reached on Monday, July 1.
The change in operations come over a year after The Prince underwent a £400,000 investment in March 2023.
The refurbishment involved an improved outdoors area and the purchase of seven new HD TVs showing sports.
At the time, pub operator Michelle Peterson, said: “The pub has always been at the centre of my community, and I remember coming here with my grandad, Albert, when I was little.
“Now, the new look, extra seating areas and drinks offers will help attract even more customers.”
The Prince is run by the Craft Union pub company, which also runs The Wishing Well in Oxford Road.
