A 20-year-old woman will stand trial accused of assisting one of the men charged with murdering a cyclist on Valentine's Day.
Mya Reilly, 20, of Chiltern Gardens, Woodcote, went before Reading Crown Court today (June 14).
She denies assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.
The prosecution in the case contend that Reilly harboured Shazeb Khalid while he was wanted by police.
Khalid, of no fixed abode, stands accused of murdering Vignesh Raman, a 38-year-old cyclist who died after being hit by a car on February 14 - Valentine's Day.
The incident occurred in Addington Road, Reading.
Khalid appeared in court alongside Reilly and another co-defendant, 27-year-old Shinfield man Soiheem Hussain.
Both Khalid and Hussain deny murdering Mr Raman.
The three defendants are set to stand trial on August 5.
