POLICE are hunting 'at least two men in a white van' after several people have been attacked with items shot at them from the vehicle.
Thames Valley Police said numerous reports have been received of criminal damage and assaults across Woodley and Earley between midday and 1.30pm on June 25.
The force said a white van had been spotted with at least two people inside who used slingshots to fire small objects at members of the public and vehicles.
Incidents have been reported in Crockhamwell Road, Woodlands Avenue, Beechwood Avenue, and Wokingham Road.
The offenders are described as two white men in a small white van which had blue decals and a ladder on top.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Johnathan Hare, based at Loddon Valley police station, said: “We are aware of this series of incidents and are appealing for the public’s help in our investigation.
“We would ask anyone who witnessed anything of this nature or may have dash-cam footage to please come forward.
