Police and fire crews attended an incident at the Broad Street Mall in Reading earlier this morning - although they have since left the scene.
A section of the mall was cordoned off around 10am today (June 30).
People were initially urged to avoid the area - although the incident has since been declared over.
A police spokesperson said they were attending a call for welfare incident.
