A ROAD rage incident has ended in an angry driver biting another man over a dispute about his vehicle being blocked in.
Thames Valley Police said the brawl broke out when the victim, a man aged in his thirties, had parked outside a pharmacy on Basingstoke Road, in Spencers Wood.
The vehicle had blocked in a white Ford Transit van at about 2.20pm on Friday, June 12.
As a result, the van driver, a white man, came into the pharmacy and told the victim to move his car.
The victim was willing to move his car but the offender became 'very aggressive' and tried to stop the victim from getting into his car.
Officers said the angry driver who had been blocked in shouted at the victim and then bit the back of his head. Members of the public had to intervene to break up the fight.
The victim sustained scratches to his forehead and bite wounds to his head but did not require hospital treatment.
Police staff investigator Rebecca Concannon said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this assault, or anyone with information about what happened, to please come forward.
“We are aware that members of the public pulled the offender off the victim and we are also appealing for these people to please contact the force.
