Police have been dealing with a medical incident at the Oracle Riverside car park this evening.
Two officers were seen on the first level of the car park at around 5.30pm after a woman is understood to have taken ill.
A police car had pulled over by the area near the lifts as they waited for further assistance.
Further details about the incident are not known.
An onlooker said they were returning to their car after finishing work and saw police were on the scene.
They said it was understood the woman was concussed. Police were awaiting further help while Oracle security was also on hand.
Thames Valley Police and the Oracle shopping centre have been contacted for comment.
