On Copse Mead (RG5), 7 properties sold for an average of £870,357. Duffield Road (RG5), 3 properties sold for an average of £845,833. Also, Maple Grove (RG5) saw 3 properties sell for an average of £788,333.
Some of the cheapest streets include Alexandra Place (RG5) (where 5 properties sold for an average of £145,500), Magnolia Court (RG5) (where 11 properties sold for an average of £149,727) and Douglas Bader Court (RG5) (where 22 properties sold for an average of £159,747).
