Reading Borough Council has been promoting affordable family fun this school summer holidays and has singled out one popular amenity in particular.
A spokesperson for the council has encouraged families with young children to get involved in all that Reading Museum has to offer this summer break.
The spokesperson posted on Reading Borough Council’s Facebook page a photograph of a fun session involving balloon art to promote Reading Museum’s whole host of activities.Â
Â
They also mentioned that some of the things on offer at the museum are free, so anyone can take part in them.Â
Â
Other than planned activities, the council also acknowledged the everyday art displays and objects to be enjoyed.
They said: “Summer holiday fun at Reading Museum. Pop in and enjoy the wonderful galleries with many interesting objects to see, or bring the family and take part in many free/low-cost activities
