A beauty clinic in Reading has opened a new branch on the 10th anniversary of the business.
The Pink Beauty Aesthetics & Laser Clinic has been in West Street in the town centre since 2014.
Procedures the business offers include skincare treatment, botox injections, anti-wrinkle treatment and laser hair removal surgery.
Pink also runs an academy which runs accredited courses to train up budding beauticians.
Now, the beautician has opened its second branch in the Q2 apartment building at 25 Watlington Street.
The ground floor of Q2 was previously used as a showroom by Mobalpa Kitchens, but the unit has been vacant for at least a year.
The second branch of Pink was opened on Saturday, August 10.
Pink is on a recruitment drive for receptionists, a beauty therapist, a hair dresser and nail technicians to work there.
Changes to the ground floor of Q2 to prepare for its re-occupation were submitted in March and were approved earlier this year.
Prior to that, Q2's management company HLM Property, won permission to remove what it called ‘combustible’ cladding from the nine-storey building.
The work involved removing insulation and replacing it with new non-combustible cavity insulation.
Also, the timber decking on all balconies were replaced with non-combustible decking.
