A 16-piece chamber orchestra is set to perform in Reading this December.
The Christmas Orchestra will be coming to Reading Minster on Friday, December 13.
The event will see the orchestra perform a range of Christmas songs, including music from popular Christmas films.
People attending The Christmas Orchestra can expect to hear music from films such as Home Alone, Love Actually, The Holiday, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Muppet Christmas Carol, The Nutcracker, The Grinch, and Polar Express.
Patrick Bailey, the music director and arranger of The Christmas Orchestra, said: "We’ve put together a programme of our favourite Christmas songs including music from the best Christmas films and timeless classics."
Mr Bailey, as an arranger, has had music played by BBC orchestras, London Philharmonic Orchestra and Royal Opera House.
Matt Pooley, the organiser of The Christmas Orchestra, said: "The Christmas Orchestra is all about soaking up the festive magic in a very unique fashion.
"Our incredibly talented orchestra, led by Patrick Bailey, delivers an immersive production that is complemented by a spectacular light show and we’re really looking forward to bringing the show to iconic locations across the country."
