A revamp of a much-loved game show will be filming in Reading this month.
You Bet, which was originally aired on ITV between February 20, 1988 and April 12, 1997, was initially hosted by Bruce Forsyth from 1988 to 1990 and will return for two special episodes.
It was announced in August 2024 that both Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern will host both episodes of challenges at the new Shinfield Studios in Reading.
The store involves members of the public using their abilities to pull off the most outrageous challenges imaginable, for the chance of winning a huge cash prize.
A host of big-named celebrities are set to arrive in Reading, as they take part in the panel who will place their bets on the outcome of each challenge.
The shows will be aired at Shinfield Studios on Friday, September 6 and Sunday, September 8.
Ticket website, the Applause Store, has released audience tickets if you would like the possibility to join contestants and celebs in Shinfield Studio.
The website operates a free ticket service where audience members are chosen at random after requesting their tickets on the website for the show.
The minimum age limit for an audience member is 16.
Shinfield Studios, boasts 18 soundstages, including two of the largest in the country, each measuring a massive 43,000 sq ft.
Situated to the east of Reading, Shinfield Studios' convenient location provides ease of access to the M4 and Crossrail.
The studio has already welcomed several high-budget productions including Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire since its phased opening over the last two years.
