The Met Office has released a yellow weather warning for some parts of England and the whole of Wales.

The southwest and part of the southeast will be affected by heavy rain today, Sunday, September 29, and tomorrow, September 30.

This comes as the whole of Berkshire has recently experienced torrential rain with some periods of thunderstorms.

Flooding has also affected some parts of the county, with a consistent flood warning released from the government for the River Thames from Pangbourne to Purley.

Further heavy rain is likely to cause some travel delays and flooding on Sunday evening and night.

Some interruption to power supplies and other services is possible. Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer.

Bus and train services will also probably be affected with journey times taking longer. Flooding of a few homes and businesses is likely.
