Police say they are growing "more and more" concerned for the welfare of a missing 90-year-old man who was last seen six days ago.

John, also known as Reginald or Reg, aged 90, was last seen at around 9.15pm on Thursday 26 September at Morrison’s, Woosehill Shopping Centre.

Reginald is a white man, 5ft 10ins tall, and of slim build, according to Thames Valley police.

He has white hair, is clean shaven and normally wears a jacket and tie.

Detective Sergeant Marcus Burrows, of Bracknell & Wokingham CID, said: “We are growing more and more concerned for Reginald’s welfare.

“Officers, alongside partners at Berkshire Lowland Search and Rescue, have been working tirelessly over the past few days following the disappearance of Reginald to establish his location.

“We would also ask people in the local area to check your sheds, garages and gardens.

“If you have any information which could help locate him, please call 101, or report this to us via our dedicated missing persons’ portal, quoting reference 43240465999.

“If you see him, please contact us on 999.”
