The body of a 90-year-old man has been found in a river in Woosehill, Wokingham.

Reginald, 90, was reported missing from the area on Thursday, September 26.

Following a huge search by Thames Valley Police and Lowland Rescue, officers located what is thought to be his body in Emm Brook at around 4:45pm on Thursday, October 3.

Detective Sergeant Marcus Burrows, of Bracknell & Wokingham CID, said: “Sadly, we have discovered the body of a man, who we believe to be Reginald.

“Reginald’s family have been informed and are being supported by officers.

“Our thoughts remain with the family at this difficult time.
