A pub outside a village in Berkshire that is run by a brewing company has reopened after a refurbishment.
The George and Dragon pub and restaurant is located just outside the village of Swallowfield south of Reading.
It is run by Siren Craft Brew, a brewery based in Finchampstead since opening in 2013.
Recently, the brewing company announced that the pub would be closed during the working week to make improvements to the men's toilets and decor and make adjustments to the car park.
The George and Dragon reopened at 5pm on Friday, October 6, with guests enjoying two-for-one drinks when ordering a main course in thanks for their patience.
Danny Wratten Sanchez, hospitality area manager at Siren Craft Brew said: "We had a fantastic reopening weekend here at The George and Dragon.
"The feedback from the community has been overwhelming and we look forward to showing the additional changes in the coming weeks.
A big thank you to everyone involved and most importantly our supporters since we took over in 2021."
Siren Craft Brew acquired the pub in October 2021.
The George and Dragon dates back to the 17th Century and is Grade II listed owing to its features and heritage as a coach house before becoming a pub.
More recently, it has built a reputation as a gastro-pub, with Siren Craft aiming to continue that reputation.
The company has seen growth this year, opening Siren RG1 in Friar Street, Reading in May and having sales deals with Morrisons and Asda.
