A man from Reading has been charged with sexual assault following an incident involving an elderly care home resident in Berkshire.
Muhammad Sohail Arshad, aged 37, of Oxford Road, Reading, has been charged with sexual activity with a "mentally disordered female," according to Thames Valley Police.
The charge relates to an incident involving an elderly woman, who was resident at a care home in Berkshire, police said.
Arshad appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday and he was bailed by the court to appear at Reading Crown Court on November 5.
