Thames Valley Police are becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of a 59-year-old man from Reading.
Patrick, 59, was last seen at around 9:30 am on October 3 in Reading town centre.
He has been described as a 5ft 6ins to 5ft 7ins white man with balding grey hair.
Although he is from Reading, it is believed that he may have travelled to Essex, possibly Southend.
PC Ryan O’Hara, based at Reading police station, said: “I am appealing to anybody who knows of Patrick’s whereabouts to please report this via our dedicated missing persons’ portal, quoting reference 43240483677.
“If you see Patrick, please call us on 999.”
