Wasing Estate is set to welcome families for an autumnal adventure with the return of its Pick Your Own Pumpkins and Woodland Trail event.
The event will run from Friday, October 18, to Thursday, October 31, as this annual tradition promises a magical experience for visitors of all ages.
Nestled in the heart of Berkshire, Wasing Estate offers more than just a picturesque setting.
The woodland trail, designed with children in mind, winds through leafy paths leading to an organic pumpkin patch.
Here, a fairytale pumpkin carriage awaits for visitors, perfect for those who want a memorable photo opportunity.
The trail culminates at the pumpkin field, where guests can choose their own pumpkins to take home, wheelbarrow in hand.
These pumpkins are grown naturally without harmful chemicals and pesticides, ensuring an authentic and eco-friendly experience.
Faith Knight, head of communications at Wasing Estate, said: "We are so excited to welcome visitors back to Wasing this October for the fourth year of our Pumpkin event.
"It’s lovely to see so many local families returning year on year as part of their special Halloween traditions to find their perfect pumpkin, just as nature intended."
After a fun-filled pumpkin-picking session, visitors can select from a variety of seasonal snacks available, including crepes and pizzas, all served under a cosy stretch tent.
This is the perfect way to end a day of autumnal activities before visitors head home to carve your pumpkins.
Tickets for the event can be purchased online, with prices set at £6.50 for everyone aged two and over. Under twos go free, but still require a ticket.
Visitors are required to select their arrival time when booking tickets.
The Wasing Estate is located at Wasing Lane, Aldermaston, RG7 4LY.
