Almost 300 properties in the Winnersh have been left without gas for the second day in a row.
At around 2:30pm on Tuesday, October 15, engineers from South Gas Network (SGN) visited the area after receiving reports from residents on Reading Road, Velvadene Walk, Turnstone Close, Verbena Close, Albany Park Drive, Lincoln Close, Arne Close, Drome Path, The Old Apple Yard, Greenacres Lane, Greenacres Avenue, Cavendish Gardens, Riverdene Drive and Gazelle Close.
An incident vehicle has been set up at 613 Reading Road with electric hot plates and cooking appliances to serve the elderly, disabled, chronically sick or those with young children or other special needs.
SGN said it was "too early to say" when supplies would be restored.
