CCTV images of a man police believe may have vital information about a sexual assault in Reading have been released.
The incident of sexual assault took place at around 2:30am on Friday, September 20 in Sainsbury’s on Friar Street.
A man touched the victim, a man in his thirties, inappropriately over his clothing whilst he was at the self-checkout.
Staff Investigator Denisia Olaru said: “I am appealing to anyone who recognises the person in the picture as they may have vital information to assist us with our enquiries.
“If you have any information relating to this incident, please call 101 or report it online, quoting 43240453394.
“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via its website.”
