A pedestrian has been seriously injured following a crash in Reading.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident at the junction of Southampton Street and Crown Street at 7.10am on Thursday.
The collision involved a small red car and a pedestrian, a man in his thirties, who was left with a fractured hip and pelvis.
He remains in the hospital, according to police.
Investigating officer, PC Benjamin Taylor said: “I am appealing to any witnesses who saw the collision or anyone who may have footage from the area to contact Thames Valley Police.
