The following cases were heard at Reading Magistrates’ Courts.

MARTIN FITZGERALD, 60, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of handling stolen goods. On June 23, 2023 at Membury Services near Lambourne he handled a Swift Sprite Caravan to the value of £25,000 belonging to another person. He was jailed for 26 weeks. There were no order for costs.
DAVID BERRIDGE, 34, of West Street, Newbury, he was found guilty to two counts of criminal damage 0 on June 13 in Newbury he damaged plant pots and ornaments to an unknown value and one the same day he damaged a Ring doorbell to the value of £10. He was also found guilty of making a telephone call on June 15 to convey a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety, and one count of assault by beating on June 13. He was given a community order to complete 30 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also made subject to an exclusion order for six months. There were court costs of £400.
MICHAEL MULLIN, 53, of Hollicombe Close, Tilehurst, pleaded guilty to trespassing into the Westwood Farm Community Centre in Tilehurst on April 20 this year with intent to steal and failing to surrender to court/police bail on October 2. He was jailed for 26 weeks. There was a victim surcharge of £154.
ROBIN MARGETTS, 43, of Nicholas Winton Court, Holmanleaze, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to four counts of vehicle interference in Maidenhead and one count of theft from a motor vehicle in August 17 in Maidenhead – namely two sunglasses to the value of £300. He was given a community order to complete nine months of drug rehabilitation treatment and up to days of rehabilitation activity. He was ordered to pay £150 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
SARI KHALIL, 19, of Tuns Lane, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving without third party insurance on August 23 last year as well as failing to produce a certification of insurance and failing to produce a driving licence. He was fined £660 and had six penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £264.
ADAM LEICESTER, 27, of St Johns Hill, Reading, pleaded guilty to one count of racially/religiously aggravated harassment/alarm/or distress on August 26 this year. He was given a community order to complete up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity and 150 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
CHARLOTTE STRONGE, 45, of Nettlecombe, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop. On October 16, she stole make up to an unknown value from Boots in Bracknell, on August 19 she stole £46.10 worth of food from BP in Bagshot Road, and on the same day she stole two bottles of wine totally £17.50 from the same shop. She was given a community order to complete up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity and was ordered to pay £63.60 in compensation. There were no orders for costs.
