To sell food and drink between 11pm and 5am, businesses require a premises licence from Reading Borough Council.
The application to stay open until 5am daily has been submitted to the council's licensing department.
A statutory consultation into the application is currently being held.

Reading Gateway is a relatively new development in the town. It replaced the Hewlett Packard campus in Worton Grange, with construction being completed in 2018.
In the latest news, Aldi opened there in November last year, taking over the unit occupied by Toys R Us, and the Beefeater steakhouse closed there in July.
Reading Gateway is also occupied by Nando's, which opened in January 2020, Premier Inn and Costa Coffee.
