Volunteers are wanted to help plant 800 spring bulbs this month.
Newbury Town Council is inviting residents to assist with the planting on November 17 at River Walk, Trout Walk, and Orchardene.
The bulbs will bloom into native spring flowers, including daffodils, wild garlic, and crocuses.
Councillor Gary Norman, leader of the council, said: "We are inviting local residents to come and take part by assisting the bulb planting.
"Newbury Town Council are sponsoring this event through our Green Spaces Working Group, so that there will be an additional display of colour in our open spaces in the future."
Volunteers are asked to meet at 10am at the River Walk grass area.
Trowels and gloves will be available to borrow on the day, but those who own them are encouraged to bring their own.
