Woodley Town Council is hosting a series of free events for its first Climate Action Week during November.
The town council is partnering with Wokingham Borough Council to put on events that include free film screenings, tea afternoons, and litter picking sessions.
A spokesperson from the town council said: "Through various free events during our first Climate Action Week, in partnership with Wokingham Borough Council, we aim to raise awareness, inspire change, and foster a deeper connection with our planet.
"Let’s unite in our efforts to protect the Earth today and for generations to come.
"Together, we can make a meaningful impact and create a more sustainable world."

Coffee, cake and a climate debate will be hosted by Woodley Town Council, while The Alan Cornish Theatre at the Oakwood Centre will screen a series of films about climate change.
And for those looking to make their local area a little tidier, Woodley Adopt a Street Project will be organising a litter pick around the are.
All events take place from 18 to 23 November.
