A court date has been set for a man charged with burglary offences in Tilehurst.
Michael McNamara, 34, of no fixed abode, was charged on Saturday (October 26) with four counts of burglary and one count each of robbery, possession of a bladed article and threatening someone with a knife.
The charge is in relation to incidents in Tilehurst between October 8 and October 25 this year.

McNamara was arrested on Friday (October 25) by officers.
He appeared before Reading Magistrates Court on Monday (October 28) for his first hearing and was remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on November 25.
It is unknown whether McNamara has yet been asked to make a plea to the offences as of yet.
