An Audi car has been seized by police after the driver was caught with no insurance, and driving with a damaged tyre.
An officer from the Thames Valley Police reported that police stopped the car initially when he was spotted on his phone whilst driving on the M25.
They then discovered that alongside driving whilst using his phone, he also ‘forgot’ that his tyre had exposed cords.
His two children – who were also in the car at the time – were reported with no car seats.
After discovering these issues, the vehicle was "seized and reported to court."
