A well-known Reading bike mechanic is relocating his shop.
Stumbles Cycles, a small independent bike shop, is moving to 271-273 London Road, Reading, RG1 3NY, and is set to open at the new location on Friday, November 8.
The shop's mechanic is also a familiar face as one of the more renowned 'Dr. Bike' professionals working with the council.

Beyond servicing bikes, the new workshop aims to cater to the wider community.
It plans to organise monthly bike rides, as well as workshops teaching basic repair skills to residents.
The shop will also provide the chance to book time on Saturdays for DIY repairs, with expert support, and a chance to practise the skills taught at the workshops.
Stumbles Cycles is committed to promoting cycling for work, socialising, or simply taking children to school.
The shop offers affordable bike repairs, recognising that cycling is a valuable mode of transport.
Its arrival in Reading adds to the city's small number of independent bike repair shops, fostering a diverse business community.
The shop believes that with so few independent bike repair shops in Reading, adding another small business will add to the thriving community.
The shop's focus on affordability and community engagement aligns with the needs of Reading's cycling community.
Stumbles Cycles anticipates its new location will enhance its service delivery and community interaction.
