The second phase of a new housing development is set to be completed by the end of 2025.
Bellway's Longfield Place development in Sherfield on Loddon is set to have 57 more homes built by the end of next year.
Construction on the second phase of the development began in March this year.
The new homes will be a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom houses, with 23 of the homes being affordable housing.
Jon Rance, sales manager at Bellway Wessex, said: "Longfield Place has proved to be a very popular development, with all but 13 of the 90 homes for private sale in the first phase now sold.
"This second phase of properties will enable us to continue meeting the demand for high-quality new-build homes in this much sought-after location."
The development is also set to have a number of one-bedroom apartments.
Bellway has also supported the Sherfield on Loddon Beer Festival 2024.
The event featured up to 40 real ales and ciders along with gin and prosecco.
Bellway’s £300 donation was used to fund a marquee where a collection of local bands entertained the crowds with live music.
Mr Rance said: "We are very proud to support the Sherfield on Loddon Beer Festival 2024.
"Despite the focus on beer, it is a real family event which brings the whole community together in a friendly and fun environment."
