The following cases were heard at Reading Magistrates’ Courts.

KEITH WESLEY, 40, of Icknel Walk, Andover, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Hambridge Road, Newbury on June 3 this year as well as one count of driving without a licence and driving without third party insurance on the same day. He was disqualified from driving for 40 months and fined £1000. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £400.
MILLIE XU, 46, of Whiteknights Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Reading on September 27 with namely 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three weeks for a course, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
BENJAMIN PARKER, 24, of Cobden Street, Beedon, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker, namely police officers, on September 29 this year. He was given a period of conditional discharge and ordered to pay £150 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
RACHEL GOWER, 33, of Warner Close, Basingstoke, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Newtown Road, Newbury on November 18 last year with 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 19 months, reduced by 19 weeks, and fined £180. There were court costs of £400 and a victim surcharge of £72.
EMMA SALAYTAH, 26, of Water Tower Close, Uxbridge, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding on the A412 North Orbital Road, Denham, on January 2 this year. She was driving at 35mph in a 30mph speed limit zone. She was fined £100 and had three penalty points added to her driving record. There were court costs of £50 and a victim surcharge of £40.
RICHARD TEMPLETON, 30, of Lesford Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to drug driving on February 2 in Reading. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. There were no orders for costs.
PHILLIP ALLUM, 40, of Rosedale Gardens, Thatcham, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment without violence between January 13 and February 4 this year in Thatcham by sending a woman repeated and unwanted messages of a sexually-explicit nature on Facebook marketplace. He was given a community order to complete up 10 days of rehabilitation activity and up to 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £250 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
MIEVLUINH TO, 50, of Buckland Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage on January 27 this year after damaging a Blue Mercedes to the value of £1,924.48. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 18 months and ordered to pay £2,074 in compensation. There were no orders for costs.
TYLER ECKTON-COOPER, 21, of Grange Avenue, Thatcham, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on February 2 this year on the London Road, Benham Hill, Thatcham, and one count of criminal damage on the same day by damaging an iPhone to the value of £80. He was given a community order to complete up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 60 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
