Students from Reading Blue Coat School have teamed up with Woodley Food Bank this week to help with donations.
The school is celebrating the Independent Schools Council Partnerships Week.
For the event, they teamed up with Woodley Food Bank for Harvest Thanksgiving, with pupils, parents, and staff all invited to donate food items for local families in need.

Writing about the event online, the school said: "A big thank you to Swiftpak Packaging, a Reading-based packaging company, for generously supplying the boxes to hold our donations - we managed to fill 55 of them.
"The boxes have now been delivered to Woodley Food Bank, and distributed to families in Woodley, Twyford, Charvil, and Earley.
"Our students also have the chance to volunteer at the depot, helping sort stock and pack essential items."
