A dog owner has been ordered to complete a ‘responsible dog owners course’ after their animal attacked a sheep in West Berkshire.
The Thames Valley Police rural crime taskforce attended to the scene of the attack when they received the reports.
Officers PC Little and PC Batchelor identified the owners and issued them with a Community Resolution for their involvement.
A Responsible Dog Owners Course teaches dog owners how important their role is and learn how their mood affects and influences dog behaviour.
Later in the day, the rural taskforce utilised a drone to assist firearms officers in Benson.
A search for a missing person in Witney also took place.
