A video shows brand new firefighters taking part in training ahead of starting their new roles.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service welcomed our 18 new fulltime firefighters this week.
A graduation ceremony was held on Friday, 1 November at Maidenhead Fire Station.
Writing about the graduation online, Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Congratulations to our new firefighters and welcome to Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Residents were quick to congratulation the newest recruits.
One wrote: "Well done everyone. Sadly I didn’t have lucky enough be between 18 newest wholetime firefighters but I’m going for next round
"Good luck everyone and have safe shifts."
