Police have been patrolling a town in Berkshire offering advice and reassure about the action they are taken to prevent violence against women and girls.
Thames Valley Police West Berkshire were in Hungerford on Wednesday (November 13) giving out advice.
It is unknown what the specific advice is that has been handed down to residents but reassurance was provided that police are taking these types of offences seriously.

Writing about the patrols online, an officer said: "Thames Valley Police takes violence against women and girls extremely seriously.
"We are committed to creating an environment where women and girls can feel safe and be safe in the Thames Valley.
"The Hungerford and Downlands Neighbourhood Team have been giving out advice and offering reassurance in Hungerford today."
