A police dog and his trainer captured a wanted man after he was spotted in Maidenhead Town Centre.
PCSO Miller was patrolling in Maidenhead on Thursday, November 14 when he spotted the offender.
After making other officers in the area aware, PC Phillip and PD Arnie tracked the man to a nearby flat which was soon surrounded.
The force in Windsor and Maidenhead reported this incident on their social media.
According to police, the man threatened to jump from a first floor flat when trying to get away.
As negotiations took place, several officers from Incident Crime Response team 4 and PC Pankhania from the neighbourhood policing team arrived and secured the area.
They said: “After negotiations failed, the door was smashed in & the man captored due to resisting arrest & arrested for failing to appear at court.
“Lucky for him PD Arnie didn't take a nibble or two, but was still rewarded for his efforts.”
Thames Valley Police have thanked the CCTV team from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead who helped during the incident.
