A free men-only workout group says it helps boost physical and mental health.
The Reading F3 Nation group in Berkshire is an organisation that aims to give its members a sense of community and support whilst also keeping fit.
The group is part of an initiative to create small fitness groups that take place outside.
Each session ends with a "circle of trust," where men are given a chance to open up and share their struggles.
The group aims to help men aged 18 and over achieve "fitness, fellowship, and faith."
The Berkshire F3 group, called The Office, meets at Thames Valley Business Park for a "boot camp"-style workout at 6am every Tuesday and Thursday.
Group leader, Dan Winfield, 39, told the BBC: "When I joined in 2022 in Cranleigh, Surrey, I was missing someone to work out with.
"Physical fitness is what brings most of us here. But what I didn't expect was the fellowship, the community.
"I know these men are going to be here for me, and I try to be there for them not just on the good days, but on the bad days as well."
Member Craig, from South Africa, said he had been "really unfit" when he first joined.
Within six months however, he’d lost over 20kg (44lbs) because of the support and belonging.
