Firefighters from across Reading rushed to a property to rescue a woman who was trapped in a lift.
The incident took place on the morning of Wednesday, November 20 in Trinity Place, Reading.
Reports from a local resident stated that the crews from Caversham Road station were called to the address to help the person that was trapped.
