A weather app previously predicted that Reading could see up to six hours of snowfall this week.
The Apple weather app, found on the iPhone, predicted on Monday (November 18) that snow could fall from about 10.30am until 4.30pm on Thursday (November 21) this week.
It comes after neighbouring counties saw hours of snowfall on Tuesday morning (November 19), including Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Parts of Berkshire saw some snowfall, including periods of snowfall in Tilehurst and some periods of sleet in Reading.
However, the app has since changed the prediction for the weather, with the day mostly expected to be dry and cloudy.
The temperature however which reach lows of -2°C and local councils are prepping gritters to ensure any ice on the roads are dealt with swiftly.
