A Newbury man in his sixties has suffered life-threatening injuries after a car crashed into a tree near Basingstoke.
Police were called just after midnight in the early hours of Friday, November 15, to a report of a collision on the A339 Kingsclere Road, between Basingstoke and Wolverton.
This involved a silver Peugeot 206 that left the road and collided with a tree.
A spokesperson from Thames Valley Police said: "The driver, a man in his sixties from Newbury, sustained life-threatening injuries and is currently being treated in hospital.
"We would like to speak to anyone who saw vehicle matching this description in the area on that night. Do you have dash cam, doorbell or CCTV footage that could assist our investigation?
