Christmas Eve is just 30 days away, and we have a round-up of the traditional - and less traditional - festive events to make this year one to remember.
The Broad Street Christmas Markets will run until 31 December, featuring over 20 stalls and chalets, selling everything from Christmas crafts to chestnuts.
Double-Barrelled Brewery in Unit 20 Stadium Way in Tilehurst is hosting an indie Christmas market, with local arts, crafts, and business. The market runs on Sunday, December 1, from 1pm to 5.30pm.
This year’s Launchpad's Carols by Candlelight will take place in Reading Town Hall on Tuesday, December 3, at 6pm. Every ticket will help charity Launchpad continue to provide homes for Reading’s most vulnerable this winter.
After more than 600 people attending last year, Cavmas Christmas Market returns on Friday, December 6, with live music, food stalls, late night shopping, choirs and family activities in Marsack Street.

The Reading Lantern Parade returns on Saturday, December 7 - join the parade and walk together in candlelight to Town Hall Square for a musical finale.

University of Reading Carol Service will take place in St Luke's Church, Erleigh Road, on Monday, December 9, at 6pm.
Fancy meeting Father Christmas himself? He'll be taking time out of his increasingly busy schedule to visit Broad Street on Sunday, December 22, between 11am and 1pm. He'll also be visiting a Victorian-themed grotto in Reading Museum, Blagrave Steet, between 10am and 4pm, subject to bookings, on December 14.
For fans of the classic Christmas-party-gone-wrong blockbuster, BrewDog in Castle Street will showing Die Hard at 6pm on Sunday, December 22.
If you're more of a Nightmare Before Christmas fan, there's not one, but two 'Gothmas' markets being held in the town this year.
Horror-themed greeting cards, alternative clothing, skulls, and witches hats are all promised to be available at the Reading Biscuit Factory on Saturday, November 30, and then BrewDog, Castle Street, on Sunday, December 1. Runs 11am to 4pm both days.
And if you're looking to celebrate Christmas with spandex and impressive feats of fighting prowess, you should check out the United Wrestling Reading: Naughty or Nice show at Double-Barrelled Brewery on Sunday, December 22, at 6.30pm.
