Celebrate the festive season with the Christ Church community in Reading, as the church unveils a series of events for all to enjoy.
The celebrations kick off on Sunday, December 1, at 6pm with the Advent Carol Service, marking the first Sunday of Advent.
On Wednesday, December 18, at 6pm, the church choir will lead informal carol singing outside, around the crib, under the church clock tower.
The traditional Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols will take place on Sunday, December 22, at 6pm.
Christmas Eve services start with Holy Communion at 10am, followed by a Midnight Mass at 11.15pm, with carols from 11pm.
For those looking to celebrate on Christmas Day, the Parish Eucharist will be held at 10am.
The Christmas festivities wrap up with a Holy Communion service on St Stephen’s Day, Thursday, December 26, at 10am.
