A black and white sign displaying a peculiar slogan appeared in our town this weekend, and shoppers are very confused!
A supposed protest group or protester has covered an advertisement board on Broad Street with a canvas that reads 'Save 100% When You Don't Buy Anything.'
This is currently believed to refer to the worldwide mass shopping event that is Black Friday.
Environmental groups across the globe are currently protesting the occasion which sees thousands of stores and retail websites slash their prices during the run-up to Christmas.
One such global protest is taking place next weekend Friday, November 29 where people are encouraged to meet at their local Apple Store to 'stop the shop.'
