GWR has issued a warning stating that lines between Reading and Newbury are blocked due to flooding.
A spokesperson has released a statement saying that due to heavy rain flooding the railway at Newbury some lines are blocked.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Train services between Reading and Newbury may be cancelled or revised. Newbury will not be served.
The spokesperson said "We apologise for the disruption to your journey today.
"Newbury station is open but due to the railway being flooded, trains are unable to call at the station. Platform 1 is currently inaccessible."
GWR services are calling/terminating/starting from Newbury Racecourse station. Rail replacement taxis are operating between Newbury Racecourse and Newbury station.
