Flooding in the Wokingham countryside has caused chaos with many roads in the area closed or disrupted.
According to a local resident, the banks of the nearby Loddon River have burst due to rising water levels across Berkshire.
This disruption includes flooding on Mole Road, Mill Lane and Kings Street in Sindlesham.
A spokesperson for the Environmental Agency said: “River levels remain high on the River Loddon as a result of heavy rainfall due to Storm Bert.
“Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today 26/11/2024, especially in the Sindlesham Mill, and Arborfield areas.”
The flooding alert areas include Swallowfield, Arborfield, Shinfield, Barkham, Lower Earley, Sindlesham, Winnersh, Woodley, Hurst and Waltham St Lawrence.
